About Suman
In my yoga classes, I teach a blend of foundational and advanced practices, including poses (asanas) for flexibility and strength, breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance focus and calm, and guided meditation for mindfulness. I also emphasize proper alignment, relaxation, and the connection between breath and movement. Each session is designed to promote both physical and mental well-being, helping you achieve balance, reduce stress, and build resilience.
