About Eleanor
Training in Rishikesh changed how I view the body. It was a humble start to 7 years of teaching.
My practice focuses on desk workers with back or neck pain. I rely on my Sivananda training for guidance.
Daily routines involve injury-safe modifications. I prioritize comfort for stiff joints. Mobility is the core of my work. You will feel calm and capable soon.

Desk workers often find peace in chair yoga or gentle sun salutations. I integrate sleep and wind down routines to settle your nervous system.
Basic inversions remain beginner safe at all times. You will master standing balances through careful warm up sequencing. Hip openers release long term tension from sitting. Stress and anxiety relief happen naturally here.
As an added benefit, I provide free access to my guided meditation notes for all students. Moving through these patterns feels deeply grounding and physically restorative.
