About Abby

Yin and Restorative Yoga helped me heal from my complex PTSD, anxiety and depression. I found immense release from continued practice and want to share this gift with the world. By tuning into our bodies and releasing stored emotions, we create space for true healing so that we may live our lives to the fullest.

Lessons are between 60 and 90 minutes and use props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body as it holds transformative pose’s between 5-20 minutes. All poses are performed on the ground and have a wide variety of modifications to ensure you are comfortable.
