Qualified Yoga teacher, who has been practising for over 10 years.
I loved Yoga so much that I wanted to share that with others so that they can also enjoy the practice,
Yoga and meditation has helped me with my anxiety, back pain and tight hips, and can also help others with a wide variety of mental or physical concerns.

Certified/Accredited Yoga teacher, who wants to help others relieve tight limbs, improve their mindfulness and self confidence.
I have been practising yoga for other 10 years and I want to help others reap the benefits from the practise. The classes will normally run from 45 mins to an hour.
