About Rema
I am a 43 year old female who has practised yoga since 2005 discovering it during my travels in India. It has helped me through bereavement, postpartum complications and sport injuries. I have a career background in pharmaceuticals and life sciences and work as a school teacher. I trained as a yoga instructor (200 hours YA) in 2024 and just completed my menoyoga training and launched my business remayoga.com

Adaptations provided. Lessons are based around you and can include vinyasa flow, hatha, yin and pranayama focus.
