About Lakshmi Menon
I am an explorer in the world of yoga and spirituality, keen to share my knowledge and awareness of this world. I have completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Yogashala Rishikesh. I aim to bring calmness and a safe space in my classes while also attempting to push the self a little more than before. Other than yoga, I'm into movies, reading, learning, tech, and poetry.

The core of my teaching is to help the body discover stillness, awareness, and stay with it. Hatha yoga is the most traditional form of yoga, the benefits of which go way beyond just fitness. My classes are at the beginner level and I encourage students to be a bit better every day than where they were. Yoga isn't a twisting competition but a deeply personal journey of the self.
