About Mikayla

In 2022, I started my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Yoga Renew Yoga School. By 2023, I began teaching my own yoga experiences online and at ILoveKickboxing. My yoga roots run deep, and I find great comfort in assisting others in achieving and unlocking advancements within their own personal practice.

This yoga experience class is all about slowing down all of your systems; to fully unwind and recover. Classes will begin with an opening meditation, prior to flowing through carefully curated segments of yoga poses and breath work. Class will end with a 10 minute meditation and body scan to close out the session.
