About Zahraa

I am very patient & experienced in therapeutic communication. I’m confident my presence will inspire a relaxed yet focused atmosphere.

I have a Bachelors degree in Nursing, giving me an added level of understanding on anatomy & physiology, as well as pharmacology.

I am a chronic neuropathy patient due to an inherited disorder, and healed my body immensely through the practice of Yoga. 2 years personal experience, education in Akasha Yoga Academy, Bali

I practice breath-based Hatha Yoga to help relieve musculoskeletal & neuropathic pains as well as induce relaxation.

A very slow & gentle yoga approach.

Practice includes:
•intro to breath & practice
•6-12 sets of Sun Salutation
•Hatha or Yin practice
•Pranayama or breath-work
•Meditation
