About Liliana
Hi! My name is Liliana and I am a recent graduate from Harvard College. I graduated cum laude with a dual degree in Sociology and Theater, Dance, and Media. I wrote my bachelor's thesis on identity performance in the professional dance industry, and my work received High Honors. I am a professional contemporary dancer and yoga teacher specializing in mobility-based vinyasa, alignment, and strength through extensive range of motion. My classes support injury prevention, flexibility, and performance for all bodies. I specialize in classes for dancers, athletes, active bodies, hyperactive minds, and students with scoliosis. I look forward to the opportunity to meet driven students who want to zoom in on their practice, whether as a mode for rejuvenation or getting a sweat!

I teach yoga as a tool for embodied awareness, injury prevention, and nervous system regulation. My classes blend breath, alignment, strength, and fluidity to help students feel grounded, mobile, and present. I emphasize flow, moving meditation, and experiencing your body at its strongest, most supported, and most capable. I also offer services specific to the students' needs, whether that be an emphasis on stretch, power, breath, recovery, exercise, or prevention; I am also able to target specific areas and actions of the body (ex. hip opening, heart opening, spine lengthening etc).
