I am a recent graduate of yoga teaching and a member of Yoga Australia. I am passionate about yoga, mindfulness, and overall well-being. In 2 years of training I learned pranayama, asana, meditation, and relaxation techniques, which prepared me to enter yoga industry and gain proficiency in yoga teaching.
