About Anisa
I am a fun-loving and free-spirited person, that loves to explore and learn what the world has to offer. I chose to do yoga teacher training after 4 years of attending classes in order to deepen my practice and knowledge on alignment as well as anatomy. From the training, I have been humbled as well as given the tools in order to teach. I hope to provide classes that show you achievable, but correct postures tailored specifically to areas you want to work on.

I have an uplifting and strong practice, mainly ashtanga-led, using the breath to tie in with movement and holding certain poses for a few breaths to deepen the stretch. I also provide tailored Hatha classes that can be centred around personal problems such as opening chest, opening hips etc. My classes are for any age and any level, it really depends on what you want. I aim to provide 60-90mins of lessons specifically tailored to your needs.
