About Jonas
With a foundation in bodybuilding and exercise science since age 12, I won the teenage natural bodybuilding championship in Germany but soon faced a spiritual crisis that transformed my path. Since then, I've delved deeply into meditation, psychedelics, and contemplative practices—combining this rich spiritual exploration with holistic health coaching. My journey is about embracing realness, shedding worldly goals, and fostering authentic connection through teachings rooted in both physical mastery and profound inner inquiry. Now, inspired by ancient wisdom and modern insights, I’m dedicated to guiding others toward holistic well-being and meaningful life transformation, honoring the complexity and beauty of the human experience.
