About Karine

Both my formal education and my extensive travels have had an impact on my yoga practise. In fact, my architectural studies have taken me all over the world, from Italy to Switzerland to China to Spain to France to the United Kingdom.

About the lesson

The primary reasons I began practising Yoga were self-care and exploration. While living in Spain, I immersed myself in the study of various meditation techniques and began my Vinyasa practise.

Perfect! Really enthusiastic, very friendly, and has a great energy. Have really enjoyed my sessions with Karine so far, looking forward to continuing. As a beginner, she has tailored the session to my level really well. I feel great after every session and seeing improvements in my flexibility and mobility after just a few sessions.
