About Leslie
I am currently teaching grade 5, however in the previous years I have taught grade 2 and grade 3 so I have extension knowledge when teaching phonics and reading strategies.
I am dedicated to cultivating a love for reading so that children have access to the wealth of knowledge, experiences, and opportunities that can shape their futures.

Hi! I am an Ontario Certified Teacher. I have experience teaching all subjects in the primary grades, but my passion is reading! I believe that every child can become a confident reader. I create a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to explore their potential and become fluent, life long readers.
