About A R

I am A R Sarkar, a Raj Yoga Meditation Trainer, Spiritual Life Coach, Author, and Yoga Practitioner with more than 30 years of practical experience in meditation, mindful living, emotional well-being, and self-transformation.

My work focuses on helping people overcome stress, anxiety, anger, mental restlessness, negative thinking, and lack of inner peace through the combined practices of Raj Yoga, meditation, breath awareness, and conscious living.

Unlike purely theoretical teaching, my guidance is based on decades of personal practice and real-life application. I believe that true meditation is not an escape from life but a practical method of living with clarity, balance, confidence, and purpose.

My sessions are suitable for professionals, homemakers, senior citizens, students, spiritual seekers, and anyone who wishes to improve mental well-being and emotional stability.

I offer online sessions worldwide and personal guidance in Mumbai. My approach combines ancient yogic wisdom with practical techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday life.
