About Ragini
I am Ragini, a dedicated yoga practitioner of seven years and a UPSC aspirant. Through my journey of preparing for the civil services, I have learned that maintaining a calm mind and sharp focus is just as important as studying hard. I want to share my knowledge because I believe that in today’s fast-paced world, people of all generations need practical tools to manage stress and stay centered. My goal is to help others build the mental discipline and inner peace necessary to achieve their own life goals.
