About Mahlatse

I am ballet dancer who uses Pilates as tool that has helped me find healing as it gives you time to focus on yourself and to just be in the moment.I aim to share and guide you through these times and helping you escape reality.

About the lesson

My lessons are aimed at everyone young ,old, male or female. I aim to create a safe space for individuals to be able to progress at their own pace with the correct Pilates technique. My teaching style is taught in English.
