About Melissa

I am an empathic and compassionate yoga teacher who will support you to achieve asanas at your space. I take time to explain the breath, how to get into each pose and how to come out of it safely. I will give modifications so that a beginner or advanced yogi can benefit. I am a spirited and passionate yoga teacher and want my student to feel refreshed and renewed after each class. Traditional yoga and going through the 8 limbs is an important aspect of yoga.

About the lesson

I teach yoga classes with a peak pose, such as a build-up to a specific pose (asana). I weave a key theme through each class. I teach the traditional variation of yoga and you will leave feeling refreshed and fulfilled.
