About Naisha

I’m Naisha, I’ve loved teaching and it brings me so much joy. My students allow me to constantly grow so that I may bring them something new and worthwhile. I value Yoga and Ayurveda, implementing it in as many parts of my life as possible. Hopefully, through practice together we will all be able to improve ourselves and connect further within.

During my classes, the space will be tailored to you and your needs/preferences, it’s not meant to be easy but be assured that you will always be fully supported in my class. I bring a holistic approach to yoga, following timings, diet and nutrition are all things I can provide insight on.
