About
My name is Caoimhe, but you can call me Kiva. I’m from Ireland and have been traveling around the world, currently residing in South Australia. Yoga has always been a passion of mine, and after experiencing depression, it became a powerful tool for healing. I trained as a teacher in Bali, and now I want to share that journey with others. My goal is to help people find peace and freedom of mind through yoga, connecting deeply with their bodies and taking a much-needed break from the chaos of everyday thoughts.

I aim to create a space where we can move beyond just the fancy poses and truly connect with our bodies. It's not about achieving the perfect balance or mastering the most complex asanas; instead, it's about finding that deep sense of awareness and presence. I want to help us all take a break from our racing minds, allowing ourselves to let go of constant thoughts and distractions. Through mindful breathing and gentle movements, we can cultivate a sense of calm and clarity, fostering a deeper connection to ourselves and promoting overall well-being.
