About Nina
Hello!
Thanks for visiting my profile.
I have been a qualified yoga teacher for the past 3 years teaching yoga and meditation privately in client's homes, online, in studios and in the local gym.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching beginners and experienced yogis in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I also include pranayama (breath control) techniques, meditation and relaxation.
