About Seri
When I realised the positive impact yoga was having on all areas of my life, I wanted to share this joy with others. I therefore took the leap of faith, waved goodbye to the corporate world and completed my 200hr Teacher Training. I have not looked back since!
My classes are uplifting and full of energy, whilst also encouraging students to delve deeper physically and mentally. Students can also expect to work on building resilience, finding a sense of calm and gaining some much needed perspective! Most importantly, I try to make my classes fun and inclusive to all - always teaching with a smile on my face (and hopefully yours too by the end). I look forward to meeting you!

I teach Vinyasa Flow yoga but am also very happy to focus on practising specific poses with you such as headstand, wheel or crow.
If you or your partner are pregnant, I am also qualified to teach pregnancy, postnatal and baby and me yoga, focusing on things like birth prep, breathing techniques, gentle stretching/strengthening and bonding with baby!
Classes generally range from 45-75 minutes but shorter sessions are also an option following a chat with you about your objectives and wishes!
