About Katy
I am a qualified teacher with a post graduate certificate in Education. I have worked in primary schools for the past year.
I have experience teaching children from 5 - 11. I have experience of running SAT booster groups and revision sessions. I have good knowledge of the primary curriculum, especially English and Maths. I can help your child with reading, writing, comprehension and SPaG. I can also help with Maths; number, shape, time e.t.c.
I have a first class honours degree in English. I have sound understanding of OCR and AQA papers for GCSE and A Level. I can develop your child's comprehension skills, analytical skills and help them understand key texts in more detail. I can help with essay writing techniques and go through practice SATS, GCSE and A Level papers.
