About Michelle
I am a Yoga Teacher who has a daily (Ashtanga) yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga since 2005, and in 2017 I qualified as a teacher. I am passionate about yoga as a method for cultivating deep inner peace and tranquility inside yourself, as well as a way to stay physically and mentally healthy.

I teach my yoga classes according to the needs of my students. I will ask you what you are seeking from your practice, what are your pressing needs, what are any injuries you have, what is your emotional / mental state, and I will tailor a class based around this. I am also a meditation teacher and I will bring elements of meditation, and mantra (sound chanting) practice into the class.
