I adapt my teaching in response to my pupils by designing activities for them that cover various levels of Blooms taxonomy. I set up multiple activities thus providing my pupils with the opportunity to work on the same concepts and ideas but at different levels of pro-efficiency. I ensure I provide support and provide feedback so students can gradually progress to more challenging tasks. This approach has had a positive impact on students' learning as students have taken ownership of their learning.
Each lesson is on hour long and I teach ages 11-16.
