I am a qualified Personal Trainer and have a background in Personal training fitness coaching and teaching over a number of years a variety of group fitness classes including yoga and pilates and dance fitness and functional strength including injury and falls prevention methods.

I provide classes and Personal one on one training that help to provide exercises that support Injury prevention including improving strength and postural alignment, increased mobility, flexibility and reducing pain. I also use breathwork and meditation in yoga practises to help calm the mind and relax the body.
