About Priya

I offer structured one-hour Hatha yoga sessions designed to build strength, mobility and calm through clear progressions and personalised adaptations. My teaching is grounded in my YMCA-accredited 200-hour yoga qualification, ensuring safe, supportive guidance for adults of all levels, from complete beginners to those developing their practice. My approach is steady, attentive and student-centred, helping each person grow with confidence at their own pace.
