About Liam

I graduated from LJMU with a degree in Psychology in 2018 and have since trained to become a Personal Trainer to fuse the best of both worlds.
I have served as a mental health mentor in a local charity as well as training students from my university to gain muscle, lose body fat and gain confidence.
