About Jeannette

Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga
Jeannette’s journey as a yogi began many decades ago. After recently completing a Diploma of Yoga Teaching Training with the Australian Yoga Academy, Jeannette is happy and humbled to inspire and empower fellow yogis though their own practice. “Yoga is the journey of self, through the self, to the self” – The Bhagavad Gita.

About the lesson

Empathy and Compassion: My experience and understanding of mental health challenges gives me a deep sense of empathy, allowing me to connect with my students on a more personal level. This helps create a supportive and welcoming environment.

Calming Presence: Yoga is about balance and calm, which stengthens our ability to face challenging situations in life
