About Steph
I have been teaching yoga for over ten years including Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed practices. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and Fitness Instructor Specialist with Canfitpro. Outside of yoga, I am a master's level psychotherapist.
I am incredibly passionate about movement for mental health and physical well-being. I am here to support and guide you on your yoga journey.

My approach is to meet my client's where they're at. I provide all-inclusive, non-judgemental, safe spaces for yoga practice and help individuals to feel good from the inside out. All bodies and all levels welcomed!
Sessions are catered to your needs and goals whether you're looking for a slow restorative practice, meditation, a vinyasa flow, or all of the above!
