About Jaime

Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Jaime. After successfully completing my A-levels with top band marks, I continued on to study Psychology degree at one of the leading universities in the UK - King's College London. During my time here, I took part in a responsibly technology project for the University of Oxford and tailored my learning towards a mixture of Psychology, Neuroscience and Philosophy. My belief is that success comes from a mixture of genuine interest, goal setting, resilience and importantly - a good mentor. I grew up without much opportunity. However, the support that one teacher offered me throughout my A-level studies bolstered my success to date and gave me true faith in my future. I feel that learning and knowledge are fundamental to living a content life and therefore I truly hope I am able to mentor you to achieving whatever you set your mind to.

About the lesson

- Taking an active approach to learning. I will utilise my knowledge and skills to create an immersive and engaging learning experience. - I will create learning resources tailored to the individual's learning style and their aims and hope to make learning an enjoyable experience - Typical sessions will typically be 1 hour but this will be flexible to the needs of the learner - I have excelled in my academics through hard work and genuine passion for what I learn. I aim to translate this work ethic to my students. - Lessons for A-level (or equivalent students)

Perfect! Jaime is extremely knowledgable, and very articulate and patient and clear when explaining the data and statistics aspect of my Psychology module. He really helped with some complications with my assignment, and ensured I understood what to do, and went the extra mile to make sure I didn't feel stuck. He is very personable and nice to deal with. I'd highly recommend him as a tutor.
