Presently I'm working as a Guest Faculty at a university and have been working as a teacher and a trainer since 2001. I have been running a private English Language training centre simultaneously and successfully also since 2001. I have worked at all levels from grade nine up to the university level.

At my present position and the previous ones too my job is and has been to teach English as a foreign language to non native learners of English.
At my present position I am teaching communicative skills to students of law pursuing LLB courses. My job is to train these groups of mixed ability learners to effectively use English language in its written and spoken forms.
The learners are familiarized with the basic as well as the advanced skills of English language learning. The techniques involved in learning the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
The learners are trained through modern day techniques and practices involved in English language learning for the purpose of effective communication for career building and professional development.
The learners are taken through a sound understanding of Grammar explaining each and every concept and its practical utility in communication.
The most commonly used vocabulary is also given due importance keeping in mind the challenges of non native learners while communicating with others.
The nuances of Pronunciation are of paramount importance in order to make the learners effective and impressive speakers of English language. The content and the techniques are taught with detail.
I usually use interactive methods of teaching where in every participant is involved in the teaching learning process. I use audio visual aids, conduct classroom activities that give every learner an opportunity to improve upon the four skills of language learning. The classes are conducted in a friendly atmosphere which is not formal in the traditional sense of the word.
My teaching English involves building the conceptual understanding of Grammar, developing day to day vocabulary, and conducting drills on pronunciation. Story telling , singing and group discussion are also part of the learning .
I have taught of almost all levels starting from class eight upto the university level.
As a resource person I have the privilege of being a Fulbright Exchange Teacher as a master trainer of EFL and conducted some international and national level workshops as a resource person.
During this period of nineteen years I have been simultaneously and successfully running a private English language academy under the title " Talkmaxx English @, London Institute of English where I have taught several hundred learners of varied age groups ranging from class five to the university level.
