About Elizabeth
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at a competitive liberal arts college and earned two masters degrees before earning yoga teaching certification. I have taught courses in modern dance, anatomy and kinesiology as well as intro to fitness and have a high level of understanding regarding the human body and how to stay safe while learning. In addition, I am a licensed New York State dance educator and have taught in the nyc public school system.

I am certified to teach hatha and restorative yoga and have been a successful college Professor of yoga and stress management for over 10 years. I will custom design a yoga plan for each and every one of you that will suit your individual needs and reduce your stress. After a free initial consultation we will work together to improve your flexibility, strength, focus, and balance on the mat and in life.
