About Marlene
I am Marlene, Certified in Hatha Vinyasa- Yin and Jivamukti SW, and Trauma Yoga) and certified in Alternative therapies (Reiki, I, II, III, Integral Reflexology, Integral Massage and Thai Massage).
Captivated by this ancient technique, I started my practice more than 20 years ago with different teachers and techniques from all over the world. These teachings enriched me with wisdom and allowed me to put "my pieces" together again: The union of body, soul and mind is achieved through asanas. (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, leading to Consciousness.
Daily practice and discipline in this technique has helped me to be aware of the congruence between thoughts, words and actions, creating a solid foundation to be able to make the right decisions in my life, by not reacting, on automatic pilot, to any event. in my daily life.
