I am a passionate Yoga Teacher and Mental Wellness Educator with over 8 years of teaching experience. I hold an MA in Yoga, an MSc in Yoga and Value Education, and an MA in Psychology. I have worked at AYUSH Ayurvedic Center, Yoga Wellness Center, Sri Chaitanya School, Jhadeswar Institute of Technology, and Ramarani Institute of Technology. My mission is to help people improve their physical health, mental well-being, confidence, and quality of life through yoga, meditation, pranayama, and personalized guidance.
