About SHASHANK
I have been doing Yoga for the last 11 years, learned firstly from Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar and it made it my habit to wake up early, doing running and Yoga. I learned about Ayurveda and my life started transforming. Within 6 years, my body changed from skinny to good looking, flexible, more strengthening as well as more conscious. Not only body, but it impacted my brain as I also started Meditation. It's been two years since I have been teaching yoga in a park to various people including students, retired persons, etc. The results are so inspiring that many old people who were unable to walk properly are now playing with college students in the park. They say it is the best time of their day and this is my fee. My fee is just to make everyone healthy and prepare for the day.
