About Rachel
I was first introduced to yoga back in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It was recommended as a gentle form of exercise to keep my joints supple and keep me moving.
20 years later and the practice has transformed my life, not only physically but mentally too. So becoming a Yoga teacher was a natural progression for me as I wanted to share the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer.
I have been married for 24 years and have two boys and love to do anything creative. I also love music, reading, movies, a bingeworthy boxset, and spicy food.

I have over 20 years of experience with Yoga and 5 years of experience teaching.
And as a teacher with arthritis, I know the incredible benefits yoga has on the body and I have learned lots of tips and tricks to get the best out of the practice to suit one's own unique body.
I am super passionate about helping others feel better within their bodies, creating classes of gentle yoga, mindful movement, and meditation.
Lessons are 60 minutes and all online.
If you have any questions or would like different class length options then feel free to drop me a message.
My experience with teaching is in-person and online, though I am a fully online teacher now.
And I am also a regular Featured teacher on the Insight Timer App.

*200 Hour YTT - Bodshere (Yoga Alliance Registered School)
*BSY Hatha Yoga Teacher Diploma
*Anjali Yoga Academy: Yin Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance Accredited)
*Anjali Yoga Academy: Meditation Teacher (Yoga Alliance Accredited)
*30 Hour Yoga Nidra TT - Bodsphere (Yoga Alliance Registered School)
