About Sejal
Born in India, I've been practicing Yoga for ten years as it helped with my anxiety and stress, improved my sleep, and gained flexibility and strength.
This passion made me want to learn, so I went to SVYASA Yoga University, where I stayed for over five years. I completed my graduation (2022) and post-graduation (2024) in Yoga Therapy and have been teaching since COVID. Currently, I am fulfilling the role of a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
Besides taking classes, I love counseling people to develop faith, confidence, and willpower in them. My goal is to make each person discover within themselves the tools to take care of their body and mind.

I am a certified Yoga teacher from India, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and other advanced techniques.
I create my classes to align with the experience and needs of my students, be it relaxation, strength, or flexibility. The session can be 1 hour long and include asanas, pranayama, or solely meditation.
I'm dedicated to introducing yoga as a therapy, following an evidence-based approach, to individuals at all levels of practice.
