I am Navya, NIFT graduate, but on the side, I have been focusing on my fitness by doing hip-hop, jazz, house, and many other styles in dance.
It would be great teaching you all and making you fit physically and mentally.
So, ready to explore?

About the lesson

We will start the class by basic stretching if you are a beginner or pro children.
For adults, who want to just have some great time for themselves we will start the class with Zumba with some great fun musics.
