About Alina
I am a professional rhythmic gymnastics coach and a Master of Sport with over 4 years of coaching experience, including international experience working abroad. I have worked with children of different ages and skill levels, both individually and in groups.
I am passionate about helping young gymnasts develop their skills, confidence, flexibility, strength and coordination. I am patient, attentive and always adapt my approach to each student’s individual needs and goals.
Whether your child is just starting rhythmic gymnastics or wants to improve existing skills, I will create a comfortable and motivating environment where they can learn, progress and enjoy the process.

I offer personalized online rhythmic gymnastics lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. As a Master of Sport with 4+ years of coaching experience, including international coaching experience, I focus on developing flexibility, strength, coordination, body technique and apparatus skills.
Each lesson is adapted to the child’s individual level and goals. We begin with a warm-up and physical preparation, followed by technique work, flexibility and rhythmic gymnastics elements. I give clear explanations and individual corrections to help each student improve safely and confidently.
My goal is not only to improve physical abilities, but also to help children enjoy gymnastics, become more confident and see their own progress.
