About Makka

My name is Makka and I am a certified personal trainer in Spain, which accredits my experience and professionalism in the sector. I have been teaching for 6 years in gymnasiums or individually, for any type of public / level. Also passionate about crossfit and certified crossfit coach (crossfit coach level 1). I adapt to your language that is Spanish, English or Russian.

About the lesson

We will determine your real and true objectives and we will present it as challenges to achieve. We will use the most effective different training methods for your objective that exist today in the area of sports physical education and health: functional training, Pilates, yoga, weightlifting systems, HIIT ... I want to help you accompany you to achieve your desire for greater wellness, a more active and healthy life. I adapt to your schedules and needs.
