About Pearl

My name is Pearl I graduated my degree with first class in 2022. I also have a post graduate degree for a PGCE qualification. I teach full time in a high school with students aged 11-15.

I got into teaching as I feel art is an incredible thing to learn and comes with a myriad of advantages. From being an emotional outlet to educating and entertaining other’s. I have spent many years working on my art work and understand how important support can be. I would love to use my skills to help introduce others to the love of art.

About the lesson

Hello my name is Pearl, I am a first class graduate from Cartoon and Comic arts. I am also a full time high school art teacher.

My lessons begin after establishing the students current skills (all ages accepted), and what their end goal is.

Lessons vary from beginner to expert, with an array of different media (different materials) extending from digital all the way to painting.

Additional support can be placed, to help you with any struggles or concerns.

Lessons are always best booked in evenings and all day on weekends:)

Thank you for reading, I look forward to teaching you.

Perfect! Pearl is really encouraging and kind, really focused on what my 12 yo son wanted to learn and how to improve, and what was going to interest him most. She's great in both in offline and online drawing, character, framing, perspective etc. definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent teacher! I was honestly so hesitant to learn to draw, but I’ve wanted to start my own web comic for awhile. After 10 hours of lessons I feel incredibly confident to start my journey in creating my very own web comic!
