About Andrea
My name is Andrea, I am a professional contemporary dancer with more than 10 years dedicating myself to studying the body and learning from it in order to help and share that information with others. I am passionate about teaching and being able to guide my students towards the reunion with their body, the well-being of the day to day and the improvement in their postural habits.

The class of reconnecting with your body is a session of exercises of various languages such as yoga for stretching and flexibility, strengthening through Pilates and serenity using meditation always at the end of each class. The class will help you develop body awareness to regain mobility in areas that you have limited or injured and it does not matter if you do not have experience, it is always a good time to pay attention to your body.
