I am a professional boxer and former WBC youth world champion, With many years of experience in boxing and training/fitness. Having had many strength and conditioning coaches over the years I believe I have picked up a lot of knowledge and would like to pass it on.

About the lesson

Whether you're trying to learn more about fitness, changing up your training or taking it to the next level, I will create every session specific to your goals to help you achieve it . If you are interested in taking up boxing as a hobby or for fitness I will teach you from the basics to the advance routines and techniques.
