About Laks
Have been in various professions such as Mutual Funds, IT and have been practicing Yoga since 1990. Over the last 30+ years, Yoga has helped me in maintaining composure, instilled patience and helped me imbibe a contented mindset. Apart from the soft factors, Kapalabhati in particular has helped me in developing my lung capacity and to a large extent in overcoming breathing difficulties.
