I am a certified yoga teacher and HypnoBirthing instructor with over 10 years of experience. My specializations include pregnancy yoga, postnatal recovery, kids and family yoga, as well as women’s health. I love supporting women and families to feel empowered, release stress, and connect with their bodies through mindful movement and breath.
