About Nisha
With a passion for fitness cultivated since the age of four, I hold a comprehensive background in various fitness disciplines including Shaolin kung fu, wushu, calisthenics, and ashtanga vinyasa, rocket and hot yoga. My diverse background showcases my commitment to physical fitness and mental well-being.
I started yoga 18 months ago, but progressed in my yoga practice quickly and went on to teach myself how to transition into advanced arm balances and different asanas using minimal energy. Since then, I qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2024.
I teach at a few locations across London, but also offer corporate and private 1:1 & private group sessions. I love what I do and I would love to be a part of your yoga journey.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hot, and Rocket (Power) Yoga.
I offer 60 minute private 1:1 and private group sessions in-person (distance dependent) and online (via Google Meets), focusing on breathing techniques, arm balances, inversions, deep stretching, mindfulness practices, traditional yoga flows and many more.
