About Eleni
I am currently studying visual arts at the Zurich University of the Arts and have dedicated myself to raising awareness through art and yoga for many years. After studying law, I decided not to use up my energy as a cog in the system, but to follow the path of art and the art of yoga.

For me yoga means strength, serenity, clarity and freedom. Be open to dealing with yourself, practice surrender and learn to let go. To rediscover yourself again and again in the now. To play with your own limits and expand them. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice, it goes far beyond the material realm of life.
In every yoga class we confront ourselves with what we are, with our patterns of thought and behavior, and so come a little closer to ourselves. This process nourishes us from within. Through yoga I cultivate awareness and acceptance, an inner place of stillness, balance and peace. My thoughts fly by, time stands still and a lasting calm spreads on all levels of my existence. For me, yoga is not just what I practice on the yoga mat, it is a philosophy of life that I learn, apply and live day in and day out. I am a yoga teacher in order to convey this attitude towards life to you and to be able to discuss it further with my students.

Elenis Yogastunden begleiten mich nun seit mehr als einem Jahr und ich möchte nicht darauf verzichten! Die Yogalektionen sind seriös vorbereitet und durchdacht, immer passend zur aktuellen Mondphase oder zu sonstigen Lebenslagen ausgewählt. Die Katasequenzen sind gut aufgebaut und fördern die Sportlichkeit, Flexibilität und Ausgeglichenheit.
Seit dem Lockdown habe ich bei Eleni mit Yoga begonnen und durch sie und ihr inspirierendes Teaching ein neues Körpergefühl erlangt. Ihre teils anspruchsvollen, aber gut abgestimmten Yogastunden sind nun Teil meines Alltags geworden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Giovi
