About Jordan
I’ve loved yoga since I was a teen. For years I practiced on and off. During Covid, I felt a pull towards taking my practice more seriously. As I did, I felt the desire to share my love for yoga and my time practicing yoga with others.

I always begin with taking the time for us to get grounded and find our breath.we will observe how we feel and set our intentions. As we move into our flow we will warm up, flow through some sun and/or moon salutations to transition us into a few fun poses that will align with the goals and intentions we’ve set.
Finally, we will begin to wind down, stretch, and end in our beloved Savasana. At the end of our time together we will do a final scan and come back to our intention.
