Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance Foundation. - Hatha (slow pace, restorative, meditative) - Vinyasa (faster flow & more movement) I offer in-person private one-on-one lessons. The studio I work with is in Falls Church, VA. For new students- I offer a free Zoom call consultation to meet and personalize the experience to your need

Perfect! Annie was a wonderful tutor. She was very considerate for new learners and walked me through each step of the process for building my confidence to participate in a full-fledged yoga class. I really appreciate her input and would recommend her to not just beginners, but also intermediate and experienced students.

I am a 65 year old woman who is having some shoulder mobility challenges. I am intimidated to practice yoga in a group setting and have been taking private lessons from Annie. She has such positive and encouraging energy!! Annie has approached my concerns and issues with understanding and patience, while helping me realize the powerful mind body connection. It is amazing to have her attend to my individual needs by modifying poses and to get immediate feedback without disturbing other students. She creates a welcoming, calm and soothing space. I finish her class feeling peaceful, yet rejuvenated. She is a treasure!
